Virtual Consultations and Virtual Visits Now Available!

We are now offering both new patients and existing patients the ability to connect with us virtually! Please see the instructions for both new patients and existing patients:

Virutal Consultation Instructions:

1. Fill out and submit your Online New Patient Form by clicking here.
2. Click on the tab on the left hand side titled "Virtual Consultation" of this web page and follow instructions for taking five specific pictures of your teeth. Our doctors will review your photos and create a preliminary treatment plan for your orthodontic needs. 
3. One of our team members will reach out to you to schedule a virtual or on-office consultation with one of our treatment coordinators and one of our doctors. We will review your treatment options and an affordable payment plan with you.
